Better Beds reserves the right to cancel any order or make changes to listed prices if a genuine error relating to the listed price is identified. This also means that any orders cancelled for such reason with will be entitled to a full refund. A decision to cancel an order or make changes to correct errors are final. Better Beds operates within the legal parameters of all Australian consumer laws.
Errors in Product Descriptions
Better Beds make all reasonable efforts to ensure details, descriptions, images and specifications listed alongside all of our products truly represent the product on offer for the listed price. In most cases, details are provided by our suppliers and we trust that these are correct. In any instance where we identify errors, we will amend and correct any information as required. In the event that an error is identified after a customer has completed a purchase but has not yet had their order fulfilled, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. If the customer has received their item, we may make the decision to refund, replace or compensate at our discretion with consultation with the customer for a fair and reasonable resolution.
