Delivery & Shipping
When placing an order with us, you are confirming that you agree to our Delivery and Shipping Policy as outlined below.
We are pleased to offer our customers Free Delivery on all orders over $100.
For orders less than $100, there is a small flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 calculated automatically at the checkout.
Order Processing Times:
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your online order before it is dispatched and we allocate a tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times:
In most cases, orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days once they are dispatched (WA & NT a little longer). However we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. See table below for estimated delivery times for your state.
Delivery times will depend greatly on your location, size and weight of your item and the courier used. We endeavour to have your items delivered as fast as possible and we request that you keep in mind possible delays that may occur during peak shopping periods or severe weather events.

Our warehouse staff will allocate an appropriate courier for each individual item on your order. This means that if you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive via different couriers and even arrive on different days. Tracking details for each item will be available for you to keep track each item.
Please ensure that you have checked the status of the tracking numbers of the outstanding items before contacting us.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to.

Delivery of some larger items may not be possible to the following postcodes:

Inaccurate Address If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us where the error is due to incorrect address entered when placing an order.
Authority To Leave (ATL) If no one is home to receive an order, we give authority to our couriers to leave your item in a safe location as determined by the delivery contractor. For this reason, we encourage customers to advise a suitable delivery address and make use of the tracking details provided to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Rejected by Receiver If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.
Concerns with your courier: Your local courier is a private contractor and is solely responsible for their own conduct when delivering your orders. They do not represent Better Beds and nor do we condone any reckless or rude behavior or dangerous driving. If you have a complaint we advise you to direct your concern to the courier company in question however we are always interested to know of any such conduct so we can refer it to our freight manager.
